Overview
To authenticate with Redtail CRM (Sandbox), you need:- Username - The username used to log in to your Redtail CRM account.
- Password - The password associated with the above Redtail account.
- API Key - This is a partner-level key that grants access to the Redtail API.
Prerequisites:
- You must have an account with Redtail CRM.
Instructions:
Step 1: Finding Your Credentials
- These are the same credentials you use to log into your Redtail CRM account.
Step 2: Finding Your API Key
- The API Key is a unique identifier assigned to you (or your organization) by the Redtail. You will need to request it directly.
- To request your API Key:
- Include your Username and specify that you’re requesting an API Key for API integration purposes.
Step 3: Enter credentials in the Connect UI
Once you have your API Key, Username and Password:- Open the form where you need to authenticate with Redtail CRM (Sandbox).
- Enter your API Key, Username and Password in their designated fields.
- Submit the form, and you should be successfully authenticated.
